Ryan and Rachel came to BRCC from a Christian adventure camp in the mountains of New Mexico, but they have spent most of their lives in ministry throughout the Northeast. Ryan loves being part of Jesus’ work in the lives of people. He is passionate about helping people find their identity in Christ and purpose as part of His church. He is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Sandy has been the administrator at BRCC since its beginning in 1998. Without her we would all sink. She can do anything and has done about anything. Gracious and efficient and with a pastor’s heart.
Paige has an amazing gift for children and for encouraging volunteers. From writing curriculum to doing amazing children’s sermons, she is God’s gift to our kids. She and W.H. are a perfect couple. They are quintessential Greene County, salt of the earth kind of folks.
Derek and Heather have been at BRCC for many years and have served in many helpful ways, including leading home groups for years. They have two children.
Ted and Donna have served the Lord and the church for many years and bring a depth of character and consistency of faith to our very young congregation. They have led or helped lead several BRCC home groups.
Back in his college days Phil was involved in pastoral ministry in rural West Virginia. For years now at BRCC, he and his wife Ellen have helped with and led home groups at BRCC. They have five children.
Dan and Sandy were founding members of Blue Ridge. They have led home groups, planted a church, and now lead the Alpha ministry at BRCC. The Payne’s are now grand parents.
Nick and Jennifer are encouragers and very invested in our youth at BRCC. They have led and helped with home groups for many years as well.
